IPUMS API for NHGIS Data Extracts

The IPUMS API allows users to submit, monitor and retrieve IPUMS NHGIS extracts. As of Version 1, the API is feature-equivalent with the IPUMS NHGIS web application. That is to say, all features and options available on the web application are also available via API.
